Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Eurostyle Systems is a GMD Group Branch providing design, development and production of innovative interior and exterior solutions

for the automotive industry.

Since 1964, we have built a long, trustful relationship with our customers.

For our Eurostyle Systems Tech Center in Würzburg, Germany, we are looking for a Financial Controller.

JOB / MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Financial Controller Tech Centers and Accounting Manager, your principal missions will be:

• Assure the monthly closing operations related to the project controlling area (stocks, margins)

• Prepare of the monthly closing documents (SIG) and explain them during review of the results

• Verify the accuracy SAP data loading in the systems (stocks, hours, margin) for projects

• Follow and verify the accuracy of other indicators (KPI, TimeCalendar, Capex)

• Run the monthly sales forecasts meeting with specific follow-up of risks and opportunities

• Participate in the cash forecast, sales forecast, budget, and business process

• Update budget and financial tools/indicators during the year (capex, invoicing etc.)

• Participate in preparation of documents for audits and other administrative controls

• Play an alert role with the TC Manager and the Branch in case of risk of deviations of dysfunctions

• Cooperate in development of new SAP functionalities

PROFILE:

• You ideally have a degree in economics or an equivalent qualification

• You have a good command of English (written, spoken), fluent in German

• You have already gained professional experience (min. 3 years) of experience in financial controlling in an industrial company

• You master SAP FI-CO (ideally PS module), KEOPS and Excel

• You know how to act and react quickly when needed and you express point of view in workshops and support management

in decision process

• You are used to independent and goal-oriented work, enjoy working in a team and have an analytical understanding

• You are charcterized by a structured and thorough wag of working

• You are proactive, flexible and have an exemplary behavior

• You respect values, processes, rules and standards and you are open to cooperate with your colleagues from the other

departments and countries
